Many factors affect our energy field or aura. These can include overstimulated mental (Beta) activity, sick-building syndrome, and friends or loved ones (alive or departed) affecting our energy, to mention but a few. All of these can leave remnants in the blueprint of our aura and make us feel somewhat “out of sorts.”

As an intuitive empath, I see and sense auras & colours and offer 1:1 readings/spiritual assessments* to interpret your past, present, and potential in a non-predictive way by looking at your auric field.

Where necessary, I also include various methods from my 20-year training as a complementary health practitioner (e.g. aura maintenance, flower essences, etc.), ask for guidance from your ancestors and guides through my extensive mediumship training, and use non-predictive tools like colour analysis of your name or the Ruach cards to help highlight any other issues impacting your energetic field.
