Laughter yoga facilitator, London Olympia 2015
An about turn in later life led me to study various modalities of holistic health and qualify as a complementary therapist and teacher of well-being for over twenty years, with international training and work experience in environmental stress, craniosacral therapy, hatha/laughter yoga, East/West meditation, spiritual companioning, as well as end-of-life soul midwifery, to name but a few.
Additional training as an empath/medium with world-renowned teachers has also enabled me to enrich the spiritual experiences of those seeking enlightenment, both individually and at public events, with a particular focus on end-of-life and the afterlife, thereby enhancing my current work as an independent, ordained interspiritual minister.

My real name is Yoda. Although I'm not directly related to the little green man in Star Wars, the Force (or Creator) is within us all, as is the gift of (holy) humour.
Although I am a mix of Anglo-Celtic and Eastern Orthodox, I have worked alongside many other traditions (Hindu, Buddhist, First Nations of America) and spiritual seekers across Europe and the UK.
From my humble beginnings as an events journalist and assistant to a leading theatrical agent in London, this experience paved the way for me to write for the Edinburgh Fringe and other amateur theatre companies in the Netherlands.
